Self check in very easy and fast. The structure is good and the people are nice. Beds are very comfortable and there are spaces to store your personal things: you need to have your own lock. Bathroom was private and was ok.

room clean bathroom ok. we didn't have breakfast so I can't comment. location ok close to bus, about 700 m to metro station and 500 m to Lidl. hotel is located on quite busy street which means that in the evening with open window you can hear cars passing by.

The hostel is in a good location, close to the train station, within walking distance. The old town and the airport are very easy to reach by public transport. There is a cafe downstairs where you can buy good coffee. Price is reasonable.

A little bit noisy. Central heating not working well but manageable. Note: turn on heating between 1&2 level to secure throughout heating whole day. 😅

Comfy bed, clean sheets. It was important for me to leave my luggage somewhere safe, locked, but the only place was the "Valuables" locker, which, the small one, in which i couldnt fit a very small luggage, costs 4 euros/24h, and the big one, that costs 6 euros/24h. I wish they could provide a system to lock valuables in the room, and not in the -1 floor. Also it means that you need to pay every time you open the locker and close it again, which is quite dumb. There is a luggage storage room, which is a room underground that everyone with a room keycard has access to, and no liability for whatever gets stolen there (hence the valuables lockers)

The room is good, but I stayed just for one night, I couldn’t stay longer cause I feel this Hostel was a mess. There’s few seats close to the reception and it was full, all the time people coming in and going out, making check in, smoking, drinking, making coffee, everything in a small area. I didn’t find a place to relax. Location is a bit far from city centre, but you can take a Tram in front.

Plus: Good location, walkable distance to the city center. Big enough, toilet and room clean and well developed. Minus: Cleaning staff took all my belongings from the locker and put it in a trash bag on the reception, even I wrote in German that I am staying here and not to open and clean the locker. When I saw that the locker is empty, I asked the reception why it was done - thay said that cleaners even don’t speak German in the heart of Germany! Big, big minus for this. Also, strange people speaking romanian language were in the kitchen, opened a fridge and took some bread and other stuff from others. They weren’t hostel guest. Security seems to be the main weakness.

If you visited an A@O hotel once,you know exactly what to expect from another one anywhere in the world around. Clean and safe, excellent WiFi,walking distance to train and bus station. 20 min walk to city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Very big and comfortable 6 bed dorm
