Oh my goodness this place was truly breathtaking and phenomenal! Wow what a beautiful introduction to the divinity that is Munduk my new favourite place in Bali! WOWZERS!!! The view is spectacular and my glamping hut was exceptionally clean and cosy. My futon-style bed was super comfortable too. The bathroom was nice. No bugs or geckos nor creepy crawlies either. I highly recommend staying at Da’Kayu Glamping. It’s so peaceful and makes you grateful to be alive with such captivating views! Bisma the host was so lovely and helpful and a real gem. Breakfast was provided which was lovely and I enjoyed my Bali coffees while taking in the view. Default hammocks too. I wish I had been able to stay longer but absolutely LOVED the x1 night I stayed there. There’s an on-site water purifier which is fab. Found a delicious Warung that was a 2minute walk away also or otherwise you are able to order food and have it delivered. Bisma is the man and he takes care of everything.

We arrived at 8 AM and were immediately impressed by the stunning location — right in front of the rice fields, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Bisma gave us a very warm welcome, offering coffee and breakfast as soon as we arrived. He was truly attentive throughout our stay. We used some of the services offered: the 1-hour Balinese massage was amazing — done directly in the room and really professional. We also had dinner delivered to our room from a local warung, chosen in advance — very convenient and tasty! Bisma provided us with a scooter and helmets for just €6 per day, which made getting around super easy. Accommodation: The glamping setup is simple but has everything you need. It looks just like the photos — clean, minimal mosquitoes, and very comfortable beds. We did see a few small insects (like slugs) in the room, but nothing major or unpleasant. Location: Perfectly situated — all the main waterfalls and rice terraces are only 10–15 minutes away by scooter. Plus, there are plenty of great viewpoints nearby once you go uphill. Overall, it was a peaceful, authentic, and lovely stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nature-focused and relaxing experience with kind, attentive hosts!
