Breakfast: The breakfast service was outstanding. The variety of options, including both local and international dishes, catered to different preferences and dietary needs. The food was fresh, well-presented, and the staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring a great start to the day. The staff need a special mention as they ensured and came to the guest to check if anything was needed and to my surprise even the chef took time to check guest feedback . exceptional service. Room: Best part is I got an upgrade this was a special stay as it was with my Mom to get to some time which I rarely get as I leave abroad. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were thoughtful and convenient, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping the space tidy throughout my stay. The peaceful ambiance made it easy to rest and relax. Thank you for the warm hospitality and thoughtful gestures during our stay. It was my first time traveling with my mom, and the welcome cake you arranged made it truly special and memorable.

dedicated staff was very good. room size with enough cupboard was good. Separate toilet, shower , bathtub was excellent. Return journey was free, Lounge excess was great. My partner complained about the massage was bad and she was not charged. That was very kind of them.
