A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.Children accompanying guests who book meal inclusive plans will be entitled to a free stay in the existing bedding on room only basis. Everything is pristine and with very good service. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. The room itself is spacious, well decorated and lots of amenities The bed was really comfortable and we had a really good sleep. The runway room is so quiet and soundproofed - I couldn't hear a single plane despite being next to the runway! Breakfast was great too. A good variety and they had a live Indian flute player in the morning. Will definitely stay again.

i stay two times in the past this is my third times I stayed in junior suit , room is very comfortable , had a excellent stay , you can see very clearly the carpets are very dirty in my room as well as the coffee shop , i had my dinner at the coffee shop with friends , they serve the food not in order - they not able serve all the main course at one go ( they bring the food - one by one ) , i can't understand what happening in taj group of hotels the breakfast is average( in the past it was excellent ) , i had south Indian breakfast in buffet the quality of the Vada is below average . , i saw the chefs are having feedback with guests , but they are missing the quality of buffet .
