Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving Licence, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.Children accompanying guests who book meal inclusive plans will be entitled to a free stay in the existing bedding on room only basis. Chef Johny Dabre, Chef Asif , Chef Cris made every morning breakfast a delight, whilst the waiters, Abhijeet and others were very attentive, with Johny's recall of each guests culinary preferences being very impressive. Sonali and Celia at the hotel spa worked their magic. From concierge services, Manasi and Michael were fantastic, and Ravinder stood out more so than most being our 'go to person' for any info and assistance on each separate occassion we stayed at the hotel. Nathan on front desk was also good. always being on hand to assist to resolve any issue, with a smile. And last but certainly not least, Niyaz bhai was simply the best, and likely the reason we extended our stay at the hotel, helping us pack gifts, to arranging cabs, to ensuring we were very looked after. Will certainly be staying here again, given the top tier service and very convenient location.

The room is very spacious. Its clean and the mattress was OK. Bathroom was big also, but poorly laid out as the bath was clearly too big for the space. Gym is very well appointed.
