My mum stayed here and unfortunately she didn't get to enjoy the hotel as she fell quite Ill, but what I can say is that the staff were absolutely amazing with her! They were super attentive when she initially called to say she was not well and kept an eye on her and tried to help her throughout! I'm really happy that she picked this hotel, because she was alone and had lovely staff to make her feel safe when she wasn't well. She has previously stayed here before and said it's a lovely hotel and said the hotel was very nice this time too.

I opted for with break fast option but booking com says not with breakfasr. I asked for the invoice during check out Staff said Booking .com will send it which i did not get it yet. I called up Sofitel more than 5 times but did not get the invoice. Sofitel customer care stopped taking my call. Really bad from Booking.com and Sofitel
