My stay at Novotel was nothing short of excellent. I don’t often say this, but the entire team at Novotel is truly commendable and exceptional at what they do. From check-in and housekeeping to in-room dining and concierge services, everyone was thoroughly professional, welcoming, and warm, making my stay truly memorable. Special thanks to Senior Manager Ms. Deepika, Ms. Kashmeeri, Executive Chef Roshan Tadadikar, Chef Madan, Ashfaq and Rahul at the front desk, as well as the rest of the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and security teams for their outstanding hospitality and service. I wish the team continued success and look forward to experiencing their exceptional hospitality again during my future visits to Mumbai.

The hotel is nice and clean, suff is very polite and friendly. Hotel gives an option to choose dinner, not just breakfast. Food is very good and ok for European stomach. Hotel is near airport and not far till exhibition center. From this year there is regular key cards (Last year it was too hard to use a key just from special apps)
