I went to this hotel because all the reviews said how helpful the staff were, and they truly were! I was a solo traveller so booked in because it was a short taxi from the airport and the airport transfer was free, and that whole process was seamless and much appreciated. I felt safe in the hotel and appreciated the staffs helpfulness, including walking me to the ATM and back.

Everything went smooth - pickup from airport, check in late in the night, we even got complimentary fruits, biscuits and drinks upon arrival. Porters helped us with the luggage and the doorman also walked us to the nearest ATM to withdraw money, as I forgot to do it at the airport. The staff was overall very helpful. The room was spacious and cleaned up (apart from the ceiling) and although the hotel is close to the landing strip, planes were not loud in the room. We even went to look at them and the area from hotel’s rooftop. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant close by had many choices and was tasty. At last we took the offer to get the hotel driver to show us around a city in an SUV with AC for 8 hours during our short stay and drop us on the airport for 3300 rs. Overall good value for the money.

This was a good place to stay for a short stopover near the airport. The room was basic and had everything you needed. It was the staff and services from the hotel that really stood out. The hotel arranged a complimentary airport pickup for our flight arriving after midnight. The communication and services from the driver was very good. The neighbourhood is very busy, chaotic and somewhat confronting for a first time visitor. Someone from the hotel walked us to and from breakfast which was appreciated. A taxi was also arranged for our departure, with clear instructions for the taxi and also our next destination. Lastly, we were told to call the hotel if we had questions or needed any help during our stay in Mumbai, even after we checked out. A reassuring start to our visit to India.
