The location was perfect, being very close to the airport. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Ms. Suhana at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She kindly upgraded our room and arranged a special surprise for my daughter, & even granted us late check out which was truly thoughtful. The hotel's breakfast and lunch buffet was one of the best I've experienced, with a wide range of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend the Marriott for its excellent service, amenities, and convenient location."

Convenient location for an overnight stay before catching an international flight from Mumbai airport. Plenty of bedroom space to open all family large suitcases. Room service dining was quick and excellent.

A Truly Memorable Stay at JW Marriott Sahar, Mumbai 🌟 We recently stayed at JW Marriott Sahar Mumbai for three nights, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service. The entire experience was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight every morning — so many delicious options, beautifully presented, and catered to every palate. The staff were efficient, attentive, and truly hospitable, ensuring we never had to ask twice for anything. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and immaculately maintained. Everything felt a class above, offering comfort and luxury in every detail. A very special shout-out to Sohana Shaikh, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her thoughtful gesture of writing a personal note and leaving sweet treats for our son Kiaan truly touched our hearts. She always greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and made us feel completely at home. When we needed a late checkout due to our evening flight, she was incredibly accommodating and handled everything seamlessly. Sohana’s kindness and professionalism stood out, and it’s clear she understands the essence of true hospitality. Even now, our six-year-old son still fondly talks about her! Thank you, JW Marriott Sahar, and especially Sohana, for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to return.
