Service was top class , receptionist gave me the smoothest check in,room was well maintained with all amenities. All request were handled very nicely, mahima at check in was very polite.itc grand central is worth it 👌. Will surely return for one more stay.

Staff are so polite and helpful. Interacting with them was a pleasure.Angeline was lovely. The housekeeping staff went out of their way.so did the room service loved the whole atmosphere of ITC . You guys have trained your staff really well.
