The free breakfast at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Everything tasted fresh and there were enough choices. A friendly old man was always present, ensuring everything ran smoothly and offering a warm welcome – a shoutout to him!

Very clean and modern facilities. All furniture, fittings etc are newly done and working fine. Staff is very polite and friendly. Mr. Mishra (one of the managers) is a great and helping guy. Santacruz Station & Metro are nearby. Restaurants are closeby and its a safe place.

The only positive is proximity to the airport, everything else is okayish. The area is populated and bustling. The room is super tiny, but clean. The bell boy was very categorical in telling to not touch the AC settings. :)

Hotel is small but is very clean and the staff are very helpful.location was perfect as the ladies wanted tobe close to shops in Santa Cruz Breakfast was limited choices but good Deluxe rooms on the small sid but Superior rooms are good size , (we had one of each) Overall a very pleasant stay
