Quality & selection of fresh food on the evening menu exceeded our expectations.Beautifully cooked & presented & generous portions.The evening promotion value specials i e Burger & a pint,or two fish & chip suppers for £24 were a real bonus.Breakfast equally was well cooked to order & generous.Enough variety to satisfy our 3 night stay without having to seek or need alternative dining especially during the bad weather .Our hosts & staff were very courteous,friendly & exceedingly helpful ,especially their local knowledge of near by attractions.They were also Very dog friendly which made dining a real treat knowing you could sit & dine in comfortable cosy surroundings with both best friends & friends.Another nice touch in our room was sachets of hot chocolate,a welcome treat on our return from a long day out on the beach,a biscuit would have been even more welcome. The room was spacious,bed linen clean & well laundered.TV worked well as did the WiFi . Nice touch was a small hand makeup mirror in the drawer.along with a hairdryer. A box of tissues would have been useful. Overall we had a really enjoyable & very comfortable 3 night stay.

Lovely location, excellent food, evening meals and breakfast. Well looked after too. Excellent local beers.
