Our apartments are move-in ready with a kitchenette and dishware. Upon your arrival, the bed is made, and towels are provided. No need to clean upon departure, as housekeeping is included.

I recently stayed at this aparthotel and overall, the location was very good — all services and shops were close and easily accessible. However, the room lacked attention to cleanliness details. For example, the curtains and the sofa had many stains, although the sofa was meant to be used as a bed. The baby bed was also not in the best condition. As for basic supplies, the bathroom only had one new toilet paper roll and another that was already half-used. When we asked for more, we were only given one additional roll, despite having a 3-day booking for 3 people. The young woman at the reception was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the male staff members was disappointing. When I asked about the daily fee for a dog, he said €15. I mentioned that I had read in reviews that it was between €10 and €12, but instead of politely explaining a possible price change, his attitude suddenly shifted and became unfriendly. He also failed to inform me that dogs must be completely quiet. Although my dog is very calm, he was a bit confused on the first day and made a few sounds, which apparently disturbed some guests. Instead of discussing it politely, the man called me and sent an email in a tone that lacked professionalism, demanding that I take my dog with me at all times. When we returned later, he repeated the same message in an unfriendly manner, as if we were staying in his home for free. I really hope the management pays more attention to their communication style and improves the details of room cleanliness and hospitality. This would make the stay much more pleasant for future guests.

It was a nice modern property! There were shops nearby which was great - there was a little corner shop attached to the same building as the hotel. And a pizza restaurant 2 minutes walk away. The subway stop is 1 minute away which was convenient to get into the town.

This is an appartment hotel with a spacious, clean roomy apartment. It is pet friendly and they gave our dog a present pack which was a lovely touch. It containd poo bags, a folding bowl and a nice treat. There is a nice river nearby which is good for walks and the town centre with lots of shops is a shortish walk away. There is a tram that stops right outside the hotel. There is a nice underground car park as well. Very happy with this place.
