In order to keep our accommodation costs as affordable as possible for all guests, we have adopted a pay-as-you-go system for certain amenities, such as locks, bath kits, and towels. By offering these items on a chargeable basis, we can maintain lower base prices for our rooms, making our hostel accessible to budget-conscious travellers. We understand that different travellers have different preferences and requirements, so we aim to provide flexibility in our offerings.In case the traveller arrives earlier than the check-in time, the guest can hang out in the common area/cafe until check-in time. (However, if the guests are arriving as early as 5:30-6 AM, it is highly recommended to book a bed for the previous night to ensure a good night's sleep).We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The hotel facilities were well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guest convenience. The rooms were spacious, hygienic, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Housekeeping was prompt and very attentive to detail. Overall, this hotel truly values customer satisfaction. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and supportive staff. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Apart from general observations around cleanliness, hygiene, food, room formats etc (that are just how comfortable they should be),the staff and hosts go extra miles to ensure comfort and positivity amongst their guests. Mamta and Kapil treated me like their own and I felt more like a friend/family in them than just a guest. I’m moved by their hospitality and their drive towards hosting and ensuring guest comfort.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff was helpful. The owners of the stay are so polite and helpful. All over the best place in Mukteshwar to stay and I highly recommend the stay for everyone.
