We stayed at Guesthouse Green Valley for one night before visiting Plitvice National Park, and it was a lovely little stopover. The guesthouse is family-run and located in a peaceful, remote setting close to the park, perfect if you’re planning an early start. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a balcony overlooking a large garden (which we unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy). There was a minor issue with the water at first, but it was resolved quickly. Breakfast isn’t included in the price, but you can order it on-site for an additional fee. It was simple but satisfying.

Everything was spotless, the rooms and facilities were extremely clean and well taken care of. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We also really enjoyed the food-fresh and tasty, with local touches that made the experience even more special. The location is absolutely idyllic: peaceful, surrounded by nature, and just a short drive from Plitvice Lakes. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the park. We truly felt at home here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and charming stay near Plitvice.
