We loved the penthouse overlooking the Kalkbay ocean/seafront literally just across the street and railway. To have a good power walk along the prominade/seaside on the walkway alongside the rocks and partially beachfront. Beautiful views of the mountains behind us and the sea shore in front of the house. The beds were really comfortable and to wake up early mornings with the waves as my alarm was the best ever. Deep breaths of fresh ocean was my favorite when opening the sliding door each morning. I loved the layout of the house and it worked well for our family of 4. To have had a private garage was a big bonus and left me with peace of mind. Cutlery and crockery is trendy, simplistic and of good quality.

You'll be hard-pressed to find an apartment so spacious, comfortable and welcoming in such a perfect spot in Muizenberg / St James. The facilities and furnishings are modern while still featuring older elements, like beautiful high ceilings and wooden floors. It has all the kitchen equipment as well as a smart TV for those downtime days. It's on Main Road overlooking the ocean - a view you never tire of. A 5-minute walk to St James tidal pool and then onto Kalk Bay, which of course has plenty of interesting shops and reatuarants. In the opposite direction you can walk to Muizenberg central and beach. The staff manning the WhatsApp line was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly.

Wonderful location with a garage, the downside is, it is right on a very busy road, but all worked ok in the end. It is a lovely property, perhaps with original features, wooden floors and single glazing. Floors creaking a bit, could do with more bedside mats. Very well equipped. The lady who let us in was incredibly helpful and friendly. Beautiful view,

The view is unbelievable. One is nearly on the beach and have 180 degree view.
