Great location, within walking distance of some nice restaurants, the food market and the beach. The place its self is peaceful, the rooms are a great size and very clean. The hosts are so nice and always welcoming, I highly recommended this place.

Diem and Lien are great hosts, warm, friendly and extremely helpful, they also arranged a nice modern bus to take me to Ho Chi Minh which was great, they arranged a scooter for me and also did my laundry, this is now my second visit and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to other people.

The hostess is super friendly and takes care of every need. Our room was simple but clean and big enough. The courtyard is really lovely.

Diem Lien Guesthouse is situated within a lovely courtyard which gives it a cosy feel and beautiful kept garden. The room itself was a great size, with fully equipped bathroom (with hot water) and kettle/fridge. We had a great 3 nights stay here. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help, we hired a moped with them for 2 days at a great price.
