Pretty much everything. Don’t judge a book by its cover, springs to mind. As we drove in, I saw a motel and thought I had booked the wrong place. However, when we checked in, I realised there was so much more to the Clairfield. The reception area is stylish and welcoming. The staff were a delight to meet, in reception, in the bar and also in the restaurant. Gigi’s is a special place serving unusual food combinations to a high standard. Breakfast and dinner were amazing each day. I could live on the radicchio, mandarin and walnut salad with pomegranate and molasses dressing! Yum! The pool area, with showers, and poolside service was a lovely place to relax during happy hour in the afternoon. There is a gym and steam room for residents to enjoy and I believe there is a wellness centre, though I didn’t use this facility. The rooms are spacious and very stylish. Fresh fruit, tea, coffee water and fresh milk are provided. The toiletries were lovely. Car parking is directly outside your room if you are on the ground floor. I love the use of wood and olive colour schemes throughout the complex. Very calming. The whole resort was just very enjoyable. Definitely a touch of luxury. The location is just on the outskirts of town. An easy 15 minute walk into the centre.

The property is amazing with great amenities.! Suggestion - maybe just add a microwave to the rooms :)
