The setting is very tranquil although close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were all friendly and helpful and went out of their way to provide a different breakfast for each of our 6 days of our stay. The laundry service was also excellent

Grounds are beautiful. Really clean and simply decorated cottage, had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a deck (although the ones at the front of the house are nicer because you look out at the garden). Very flexible about check-in, and breakfast was good. Many food options nearby and 7-eleven is two minutes' walk away).

Although the whole place looked a little tired we had a lovely stay in a huge, well equipped room. Very clean room and a good hot shower, a fridge, coffee, WiFi and water included. Friendly lady owner who wasn't around much (laid back reception/check out) but spoke good English and was very helpful. There are a few restaurants around and a small market and 7-11 for eats, beer etc. Close to the park entrance where we were headed for a couple of days. Breakfast was superb especially considering we appeared the only ones staying. We would recommend it - no idea why it wasn't more utilised. Bring mosi spray!

Great location very close to KY national park. The staff there were lovely and very helpful. The rooms clean and spacious, and set in a beautiful garden.
