For a value hotel, it is very roomie and clean. The couch could be replaced but overall very comfortable.

The breakfast was well stocked. Our room had a few daddy long legs in the bathroom and the tub had not been cleaned totally. Our main complaint is you have to request to heat the hot tub. Then it takes an hour and never really gets hot. If you advertise you have a hot tub it should be on during applicable hours.

The pool area needs to have a stand for pool towels we did not receive a pool table at all. Also the rooms with two beds typically there's two to four people in those rooms you need to provide those rooms with four large towels three hand towels and two washcloths also more coffee cups and water cups in the room other than that it was great!
