Very convenient to shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the beach and the walking track around Mt Maunganui.

We were there on an extremely cold wintery night - the room was so cosy and warm (no need to turn the heat pump on) and the bed was super comfortable and warm. The location was fantastic, walk to the shops, the beach, Pilot Bay....it was so convenient, didn't have to use the car at all.
