Definitely location. Also was very happy with communication I seen online office closes during the day and im glad someone answered when I called because I mentioned we would be arriving very late the lady was so nice and and kind and set me up with a self check in which was very prompt on her end and I appreciate that not much places offer that and myself and family travel a lot so we will be booking agin here indefinite.

Location is great as it is close to the mountain, restaurants and the beach. Apartment was so clean with a lovely view. Pleasant surprise to have 2 bathrooms to go with the 2 bedrooms.
