The fine print
For group bookings greater than 5 please contact the property directly, or we deserve the right to cancel the booking.From December 15th we require all staff and guests to be fully vaccinated. Please be sure to have your valid ID and NZ Vaccine Pass ready on arrival, as our staff will verify using the NZ government verification app upon check-in.If you do not have a vaccination passport, and valid ID, your booking will be cancelled and the normal cancellation policy will apply (we require a full 24 hours notice - except for peak periods December 24 - January 10 when we ask for 48 hours notice)Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The reception staff person was amazing. I loved being allocated a bottom bunk thankyou. It was a midweek night and I was the other 3 beds were empty

Very central close to all restaurants shops etc and close walk to beaches.

Very average backpackers. Staff were lovely but unfortunately it’s just very run down.
