UMENDEV “Handy location with home-like stay”

This property is centrally located between the beach and the shopping center, both of which take easily 5minutes walk on either side. Covered ground floor secure parking exits with free boards and bike to use for 2 people. The rooms present with open views with segments of the beach and full view of the majestic Mount Maunganui. There are now 2 toilets so a master bedroom and one shared across the other 2 rooms with all having comfy queen beds. Washer and laundry also handy appliacnes along with full kitchen for baking, cooking and microwave options. Host was kind to allow to use some of the condiments in pantry for cooking along with outdoor deck bbq facility overlooking the mount. Swimming pool also present but didn't have time to use as host also provided board games and cards to let one entertain during family time. Well organised and worthy of stay.

Good location between beach and town. Comfortable and clean apartment, two secure car parks a bonus. Sea views.
