Loved the location. Was in between Papamoa, Mt Maunganui and Tauranga. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy and John and Pip were very welcoming.

The staff were kind and welcoming great service. Easy check-in. It was literally just down the road from bayfair, which was so handy. The reviews said something about the trains, but honestly, they weren't a bother for me and my family. The rooms were big and clean. Had a lot of beds too, which was perfect for us! We really enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend it! :)

Rooms were nice and tidy and very warm when the heater is on. Spa Bath was amazing 👏 🤩
