Excellent Room 914 on 9th floor with spectacular views of Mt Cook. Reception checkin was professionally and efficiently handled. Free complimentary breakfast was much appreciated. Parking is easy and adequate during winter.

Room was small but clean and comfortable, all we needed. Staff were great, very friendly and check-in was quick plus the views from our room were to die for. The meals at The Chamois Bar were delicious and didn’t take long to arrive, views were amazing.

Thank you so much for the lovely upgrade at The Hermitage Hotel in Mount Cook. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, waking up around there was truly unforgettable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hospitality from your team made our stay perfect. We also really enjoyed the complementary breakfast and enjoyed buffets dining experience at the Panorama Room. Thank you for such a special and memorable visit!
