It was really clean and tidy. It was stocked well and easy to find all the utensils/pots/pans. It was a good distance to get to and from Falls.

The house has lovely details—welcome snacks, tasteful decorations, and a cozy feel when you first step in. It’s clear that care has been put into making the space visually inviting and comfortable at first glance.

Not a thing we dislike. The house exceeded all our expectations. The hosts seemed to think in every single detail to make your stay enjoyable as possible. Extra clean, warm and cozy, kitchen had everything you need to stay just for a weekend (like us) or a few days. Get the keys was so easy, the host messaged early on the day with the instructions and recommendations of where to go, dine in and get groceries. Location is perfect as Mt Beauty is pretty small, and everything is reachable within 5/7min with the car. The property has a small backyard and more room at the front, so 3 cars can fit perfectly. Thank you Kelly! Definitely a place to recommend and come back.

The place was clean and welcoming. It is located near a golf course where heaps of kangaroos come and it was amazing to see.
