A wonderful location - a small hilltop village offering fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Quiet, relaxing. Hosts very welcoming and attentive. Helpful communications via Booking.com app. Complimentary drinks on arrival. Large room, very neatly and attractively presented. Features included a larger than usual refrigerator and a full sized washing machine. Excellent breakfast taken on our own balcony in the morning sunshine. Participation in a truffle-hunting excursion was offered to us as guests (but declined due to lack of time and also possible lack of fitness required). Our hosts drove us to our car in the village car park rather than have us negotiate the steep and cobbled street. Several notable wineries and some excellent truffle tasting rooms only several minutes’ drive from the town.

The room is small but clean. If you park in the Zone1 parking lot, the accommodation will pick you up and drop off. The garden view is nice. Truffle hunting is worth the buck. Lunch is included, but the meal is good.

It was very quaint, right in the heart of exquisite Motovun. Comfortable though small room. Fantastic breakfast for 30 euros for 2, though i think the cafes were open on the Sunday morning, even though we were told they wouldn't be. Plenty of homemade items and extensive choices served at the table.
