Our 3 night stay was absolutely wonderful! The location could not be more perfect, you literally step out the door and you’re right in the heart of the Old Town. But what makes this hotel special is the amazing staff. I didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, but Jannat and Yasmin were so lovely, always looking out for us and happy to help with anything we needed. Anel and Adel were equally fantastic, they went above and beyond to help arrange a beautiful anniversary dinner for us out on the terrace. Anel decorated the space so beautifully, even adding a lovely anniversary message, which made the evening so memorable. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Kriva Ćuprija for making our stay so special, we can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful - the location is excellent and close to lots of amenities. However, what makes this hotel special in particular is the wonderful staff! A huge thank you to Nejla, Nedem, Anel and the rest of the team for your genuine kindness, hospitality, knowledge and professionalism. I will greatly miss being in a Mostar and wish you all the very best. For anyone wanting to visit Mostar I highly recommend Hotel Kriva Ćuprija :)
