The location and the overall design of this hotel are unparalleled. However, what made my stay here so pleasant is the staff: everyone has been extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There’s public parking available nearby and the famous Mostar bridge is only a few steps away. The breakfast buffet is just perfect! And I wish I had had dinner at their restaurant, too, as it looked amazing - next time! :) As an extra feature, there’s a stream flowing “through” the property, which makes for a magical background lullaby.

The staff is just amazing. Very attentive, super helpful with everything and really making sure you feel welcomed. The location is perfect, right at the center of Mostar you can do everything walking.
