The staff were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating - Both the woman (during the day) and man (during the night shift) at the desk were so kind and helpful. My room was booked out by mistake, then got upgraded to a better room. The pool and rooftop area were available for use for free and it was great. There was hardly anyone up there at night, so I got the space mostly to myself. The location is perfect for exploring Mostar, only 10 minute walk from the bus station and about 15 minutes walk away from the old bridge and old baazar. Breakfast had a good range of delicious choices. The room was very clean, comfortable and very soft bed. I would recommend staying here for anyone visiting Mostar!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the location was ideal. The spa is also beatifull. The breakfast was rich and very tasty. I truly appreciatec that the pancakes for the children were freshly prepared, which was a really nice touch❤️ Our family enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the rooftop pool 😎
