Everything is organised properly from check-in, welcome snacks, free breakfast to check-out. The landlady is kind enought to allow me stowing my luggage at her place until 1800 after checking out.

The heating broke and they came 5 minutes after to fix it. As they couldn't they gave me a spare portable one. So happy how they handled it
