The personnel are amazing, I had some problems with my bus to arrive, so I arrived really late at night. They were there waiting for me and they even gave me the late checkout. They are simply amazing and 100% recommended.

Reception was fantastic. Would come back to this hotel solely because of the reception greeting. The gentleman was also very helpful in directing me to a authentic Bosian restaurant. He also arranged a taxi to pick me up first thing in the morninbg together with a take-away breakfast because I was leaving early.
