Communication from the hosts was excellent. The property was as described and well equipped. The property is in a great location, away from the main centre of town so nice and quiet but only a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket where we picked up delicious fresh croissants, pastries and baguettes every day for breakfast/lunch, and also essential items. The walk into the centre of town was an easy 10 minutes along a flat road or you could catch the bus from outside the property. We went up to Avoriaz every day to ski/snowboard and it was very easy to catch the bus up to the Gondola.

Spacious, well equipped and very clean. Warm and comfortable. Easy walk to supermarket, Super Morzine lift and restaurants.

<15mins walk from the centre of Morzine. Also a regular free ski bus
