the location..... the price ...the electric and linen included in the price.....the space..the large double bed....the cooking facilities...most areas were clean.. but little dusty in others...overall cleanliness was very good

it is very quiet and private. there is good parking for large vehicles. the location is perfect for us. it is very comfortable and clean and well equipped. we love the outdoor seating area too.
