1. The overall size of the property and it's layout (one of the best we have seen). 2. 2no good sized double bedrooms.(1 extra king size bed and the other 2no twin beds, both with good storage. 3. 2no very large size terraces (1 just above the main bedroom and 1 off the Lounge area). 4. Large size bathroom, with wc, large walk-in shower, bidet & heated mirror. 5. Location, only 5 minutes from the centre, with bars and restaurants, but still very quiet. 6. Views, overlooking the (relatively near) beach 7. Use of a small swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (last 3 only available between 10.00-14.00). 8. Lovely and helpful staff. 9. Off road parking (if required) Small but fully functional kitchen, with everything you need for a week or two.
