This closure will take place on the 8th of January 2025 and will last approximately 30 days.
During these days all our clients will have at their disposal the second swimming pool of the hotel, the small Splash Park and the BARCY WATER PARK.When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

Good selection of food with good availability 24 hrs. Great staff, definitely the strong point of the hotel. Pool entertainment is excellent real family feel to the games and activities. The drinks are also available throughout the hotel and I would recommend the upgrade to all inclusive plus for premium drinks it cost our family around £270 for a week which gets you drinks like malibu, dissarano, jack panels etc not the local drinks and acces to the quieter restaurant just book each day for breakfast or evening meal with table service, it was nice to break away from the main canteen to relax with a bottle of wine. The entertainment was hit and miss, but the 2 of us act and the dj night were superb lots of dancing and held outside, which was a lot of fun. The spa is extra, but you have hydropool, sauna, etc, and excellent massage services. i would recommend the deep tissue massage. This was fantastic with lots of other types of massages to take with friendly experiences, massures. The position is good 10 minutes to the amazing moro hable beach, and town would recommend snorkling there to see the fish and the stingrays that appear after 3pm, amazing. We did the snorkel trip and the dolphin trip, which i would recommend, and that can be booked in reception at the stand 😃

It was our second stay, since last year me and my family fell in love with the hotel, staff and facility. Unfortunately, this year the staff was not friendly at all since our first step on it. It started with our check in, when the front desk officer - three times my size, was extremely rude , banging on the desk in front of me and my 5 years old child at 9:30pm, asking for passports and demanding where exactly to locate them. And after my husband park the car and came the staff member immediately changed his attitude. I couldn’t believe my eyes and ears. Next morning I went and asked to have a chat with the manager. Nothing happened overall. I had to go and ask our room to be cleaned. The housekeeper was coming very early, asking only if we need towels and water. And later they never came back. The pools were clean, food was delicious, kids club was great .
