Our stay was ok. Enough room for 2 adults and 1 small dog. Good location for visiting areas of Northumberland. Nice veranda area with seating. Helpful neighbours; Prosecco and chocolate appreciated

Lovely little touches like milk and tea, coffee, chocolate and prosecco in the fridge for arrival. (A non alcoholic drink option, even cordial would be nice). Quiet site location (most of the time) it's the other nearby holiday park that seems to be 'loud'. Close to A1 and Alnwick - signs on the A1 before the site would be helpful (on both sides). The children's play area looked lovely. Washing facilities (laundromat block) as you arrive on site is really useful. Exceptionally quiet on site from 9.30pm making it ideal for undisturbed sleeping. Really comfy beds. Furniture for use on the small patio is lovely (we did have to clean it though before use). Excellent fridge freezer - great touch of pre bagged ice available in the top draw was perfect in the heatwave! It's a 20 minute drive to Alnwick due to roadworks on the A1 at the moment - but convenient enough (just note all shops close in Alnwick at 4pm sharp on Sundays). Decent sized lounge area with a smart TV. Oven is fab (just needs the positions for hobs remarking and advice include that to use the oven, keep the oven door closed, turn the temp knob first, then hold down the ignition switch until you can see the gas flames inside ignite). Friendly visitors in general and all dogs are on leads when out on site. Cosy little stay-cation spot in beautiful Northumberland. WiFi available in the caravan - fab. Made logging into smart tv apps easy and able to continue with my dissertation research on my laptop.

The property was immaculate! The owners left a welcome gift which was very sweet of them. It was a perfect size for my self and my husband and our dog. On a very quiet site with access to a small shop and pub. We would definitely stay at this lovely property again!
