Mia was very welcoming on arrival. The ambience of the villa was relaxing and friendly, Our room was lovely and the breakfasts were very good. It is conveniently located for the BBC and Great Anse beaches. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The terrace by the waters edge was a lovely place to sit and relax and watch the sun go down.

An unforgettable stay in Morne Rogue at BBC Beach (the location of Villa Kaya). The accommodation itself is spectacular and well maintained (overlooking the beach). With 5 villas and a maximum of 10 guests, it makes for a super tranquil stay away from the busyness of Grand Anse beach. The staff are lovely and amenity of the hotel is great with stand up paddle board and snorkeling gear provided. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathrooms are super clean and each spot you check out is worth a beautiful picture. Would 100% recommend in Grenada.

Place! Very beautiful location overseeing the sea and bbc beach. Nice and very helpful friendly people. We enjoyed our stay of 4 + 2 extra nights (because of the beauty of the place we booked 2 more nights) Accommodation is very good and you have all you need. Breakfast could be a bit improved (compared other locations), but still okay and enough. We would like to come back!

Villa Kaya is a very quiet boutique hotel with beautifully appointed rooms. There is a deck area where you can swim across to BBC beach. Breakfast is served outdoors on a large table. The staff were very friendly and helped us arrange a Kayak tour at very short notice.
