The fine print
Please be informed that there is renovation work going on at the restaurant deck, which will continue till 1st week of December. However, there are seating arrangements at the deck and beach is accessible throughout the stay.
Our al fresco beach deck is not operational till the 30th September 2024 due to monsoon season; we look forward to host you in our sea view bar and restaurant as well as in our AC Lounge.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. “Hard to reach, but nice overall for a beach holiday.”

I liked the location, because it was practically 5 feet off the beach at high tide. The mattresses were clean and the sheets were comfortable. The bath was nice, but the bath water was chlorinated heavily. The fittings were adequate. The buffet was nice and I heard one could order at the gate. The beach was very clean and not crowded, very rare for India and Goa in general. Lots of locals and foreigners who were cool with each other. The place has lots of youthful parties. It was easy to rent a bike to come and go on day 2 for me as a solo traveler.

I liked how a section of the Morjim beach was easily accessible right from the property. It was directly on the beach, although the beach is a bit dirty.
