If ever you wished to experience a masterclass in customer service, this place would do it! Right from check in, with the warm and kind Gabriel attentive to his guests’ comfort during their stay (right until check out), to the simple yet impactful gesture by the Ops Manager, Natraj, who would check in with all the guests during breakfast time about whether there has been any issues with the room - which were promptly resolved if so - to Sachin’s ‘extra mile’ service during meals where he would not only ensure you’ve received your food without multiple trips to the buffet, but also remembered your custom order for the next day - this place was a gem of a find! Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful, pleasant vacation in Goa!

I like all service specially Reception and Restaurant staff. Breakfast is Very nice, lot of variety was available. Team serves hot food on demand View from balcony was very pleasant, sea view.
