Location was great, walking distance from morioka train station and super near kaiunbashi bridge. Room was clean, staff were nice and the toilet was huge with a bath tub. 7-11 was right on the 1st floor outside the hotel.

There is a convenient store connected right at the ground level of the hotel entrance. Walk to the bus terminal and train station was less than 5mins.

The location of this hotel was perfect to see the sights of Morioka yet still close to the railway station. Some of the rooms overlook the river as does the breakfast room. The beds were comfy and the room a decent size (for Japan). The breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.
