Clean and comfortable room. Ed was a lovely genuine host and went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Amazing hot cooked breakfast. Lots of continental choice too. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and will return.

I called in advance to ask a few questions and Ed was very helpful. Ed was waiting for me on arrival and gave a choice of rooms. I chose the 2nd floor room and had a wonderful view over the water and could hear lapping water when the tide was coming in. Such attentive, friendly and welcoming hosts, including the dog too. We sat together and shared stories. Breakfast is comprehensive with fruit, yoghurt, cereals, juices, toast and a full cooked breakfast with tea or coffee. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Electric shower with good pressure and nice warm water. There is a kettle with tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room (and biscuits) I was able to make myself a cuppa and sit in the lounge overlooking the water. I even parked my car directly outside which was such a bonus.
