We spent two nights at this hotel, and it was an extraordinary experience. Its location by the water allows you to take beautiful walks around the lake, with a superb view. The hotel itself is truly wonderful — a 5-star plus experience. It is clean, well-maintained, with a restaurant offering extremely delicious cuisine, and a bar where you can stay late into the night. The spa is perfect for relaxing after a full day. The hotel also provides a transport service that took us to the city upon request and to the train station at the end of our stay. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. A special mention to Natalia at the reception — she was very welcoming, and thanks to her, we received an exceptional room. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — I don’t think words can fully describe how wonderful it truly is.

Amazing Location - prepare yourself to take lots of photos Staff are very helpful Great facilities- pool outside is so beautiful Spa and indoor pool are nice as well You can walk 10min to a small nice village Hotel provides a free shuttle- so convenient, shuttle can take you to Lugano city - 10min drive and the can bring you back - so good Breakfast is so nice Thank you
