The apartment is centrally located in Mörbisch in one of the beautifully appointed side-lanes off the Hauptstrasse characteristic of the village, allowing for a comfortable outside dining-table in the hot weather. The apartment is spacious and immaculately clean. The kitchen is ideally equipped - no convenience is lacking. The landlady lives in the adjacent house and could not have been more friendly in welcoming us and attending to our needs during our short stay. On arrival we were met at the nearby bus stop, guided to the nearby tourist office to obtain the Burgenlandkarte, and presented with various 'treats' during our stay. The location is ideal for walks to the lake-side facilities and boat trips, to the Hungarian border, through the vineyards to Rust, and to the higher-level wine-growing areas with views over the Neusiedlersee.
