Easy parking. Very basic but clean and pleasant, price wise compared to hotels in Waterford a bargain. If you are looking for clean inexpensive accommodation for a night’s sleep in it was fine. Had WiFi.

Nice location and once fully refurbished can be truly exceptional. But overall great value for money.
