Cheaper place that was value for money. Area was nice and quiet. Basics all provided for.

Close proximity to the beach, cafes and restaurants but nice and peaceful with a lovely view of the river to relax in the mornings and evening after being out most of the day. Well equipped with everything that you need including washing machine and dryer.

Property is older style but well presented. Beds were comfortable and the neighbouring apartments were quiet. It seems the owners took heed of previous reviews which is awesome on their part. The kayaks were fun to play on and on/off street parking was easy. About a 10-15 min walk to beach with little kids who were happy to scoot. It was 37 degree day when we were there but the brick apartment handled it well and ceiling fans earned their keep. Recommend for simple, budget, family mini vaycay
