Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with ocean views. These apartments are located on the Ground, 1st or 2nd floor offering a large courtyard or balconies. Our ground floor apartment is a favourite with families offering views of the Pacific Ocean and a large courtyard play area for the kiddies. All apartments have 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry with washing machine & dryer and TV with Foxtel. Apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms (not guaranteed in living area), free WiFi and secure undercover parking.

Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy' after 22:00. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
Please note that from 20th November to 13th December 2023 and 29th January to 19th February 2024, we will be commencing lift maintenance.
To minimise disruption to our guests we will be completing one tower at a time. Whilst one lift tower is out of action we will be allocating guests to alternate towers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Lovely apartment. Not all units seem occupied however we had a unit right on the street, which was somewhat noisy

Osprey was amazing right from booking. We had two adults and two children, and the apartment was huge with two lounges, two decent sized rooms, and two bathrooms. I also asked for an extra rollaway bed for a friend who came to stay from Sydney, and for a small fee, they were happy to accommodate them. The location was amazing, right across the road from Mooloolaba beach and a short walk to Coles, other shops, and cafes/restaurants. Every morning, we got to see amazing sunrises! Each apartment comes with its own private secure car park, and there is also visitor parking, which was handy when we had family who live on the Sunshine Coast come and visit. The pool and hot pool were used daily, even in the middle of winter! The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay in the future and highly recommend Osprey to anyone, especially for young children.
