My wife and I usually spend 2-3 days in one place during our holidays and then we move on to explore other places. That has impact on our assessments of accommodations understandably. Let's start with what we enjoyed: - The place. It is really special. The town, the castle, little streets, it all has a special atmosphere around it. Which we frankly did not expect. - The house. It is an old (probably real old) country house, with a yard, something that fits the place perfectly. It has some magic around it. - The landlady. Anna is truly special, and you see it everywhere in the house. Not everything is brand new, but has a great touch about it. - Homely feeling and practical approach. What you can expect from the practical point of view: We tried three different guiding maps. None of them showed the house correctly. Fortunately, the instructions from the landlady were clear, so no problem. You park right in front of the house. The room is upstairs, that may be a challenge for someone. Downstairs you go through the landlady's kitchen. We enjoyed the atmosphere (including the cats :-) ). We could imagine that some people may not appreciate this homely feeling. You have everything you need (incl. electric kettle, tea, coffee...). The bathroom is right next to the room. The room (like everything) was clean and in matching colours and style. You have a little table and chairs to sit down and enjoy your coffee (or wine). We enjoyed; certainly not a sterile unified hotel room! During nights the place is amazingly quiet; during the day (and relatively early in the morning) you could hear traffic from the main road. That all if you leave your window open; you can close the window and use air-conditioning. Wifi and air-conditioning are available and working fine. Anti-mosquito nets are in the windows, but may be a bit tricky to operate.

The room was spacious, beautiful and clean, bathroom as well. Anna is a very nice person, she helped us with everything and she has plenty of cats, we were like in heaven 😂 Thank you very much for unforgetable stay!
