Lovely renovated farmhouse with modern bathroom Clean and comfortable like home Exceptional service by Alain who picked us up from St Emillion and dropped us off at Bordeaux airport the next morning. Ray offered to cook us a delicious dinner which we gladly accepted.

Our short stay with Alain and Ray was wonderful. They are such kind and warm-hearted people, making us feel truly welcomed. The place is tucked away between vineyards, offering a peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful setting. The rooms are exquisitely decorated, each filled with meaningful antique details that give it so much character. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. To top it off, the traditional French breakfast was simply delightful, a perfect taste of the local culture! Thank you❤️🌸

We absolutely loved our stay at Chateau le Truch. We got a warm welcome, and was told the fascinating history of the chateau and the area of Bordeaux, and even got to taste the wine. The breakfast was lovely - see the photo. We wanted a private getaway, and this was perfect for us!
