Single room accommodation available. I was on cycling trip to Aberdeen - I had made prior request for secure cycle storage which hotel provided in 'function room' . ( I would recommend making such a request when booking as I was not sure the storage would have been available if the function room had been in use.) Reception were friendly and efficient as were staff in bar/restaurant for evening meal and breakfast which was straightforward but very good , the menu including Arbroath Smokie which I enjoyed!

Good location, big spacious room,plenty light coming in from outside for getting ready. The breakfast was lovely, plenty choice from full cooked breakfast to cereal and yoghurt. Staff were friendly too which was nice. If you are out late there is a bell to ring for the night porter to let you in.

Staff and Mrs M (owner) were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and piping hot.
