Great location close to Snowdon metro and neighboirhood restaurants. Helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms are essentially 1-bedroom apartments, great size, with balcony. Fantastic cafés on either side of hotel. We will be happy to come back!

Clean spacious studio's and suites. A bit overpriced. Front desk girl not too friendly and rude, hostile. I emailed them recently to book a studio and got no reply. Guy at front desk says he never got messages so the front desk girl (the rude one) probably deleted them. I wrote a complaint letter to the owner which was also deleted. When I emailed them that I did an online review of the hotel that was not deleted. Go figure. Also I called to reserve and the guy at front desk hung up on me. I couldn't understand his heavy accent.
